Healing from trauma isn't about someone fixing you.
It's about learning to understand yourself, reconnect with your body, and creating the conditions for change.
As a trauma release coach, my role is to guide and support you as you move through your own healing process.
I won't promise to heal your trauma or make your struggles disappear. No one can honestly make that promise.
What I can offer is a safe, compassionate space where we work together to explore what is happening in your nervous system
and how it may be affecting your daily life.
I'll share tools, insights, and practices that support your process, while respecting your pace and your capacity.
You are the one doing the work. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build awareness,
develop new patterns, and navigate the process with support.
Every person's experience is different. There is no timeline, no finish line, and no guarantee of a particular outcome.
What matters is creating the opportunity for meaningful change, one step at a time.

Every person has their own rhythm, their own history, and their own path. That’s why in our work together, you set the pace. I’m not here to “fix” you or push you beyond what feels safe. I’m here to guide, support, and hold space as you move through your healing in the way that’s right for you.
You’ll be doing the real work—because the transformation comes from within you.
But you won’t do it alone.
I’ll teach you the tools—body awareness, breathwork, trauma release practices, and show you how to use them in your own life. The goal is that you don’t stay dependent on coaching, but become confident in your ability to support your own healing, moment by moment.
