My Story – Why I Do This Work
I’ve always been fascinated by the body—how it speaks, how it holds, how it heals.
Years ago, I fell down an entire staircase. My body was deeply injured—my head, neck, arms. I could only stay upright for two hours at a time before I had to lie down in a dark room, in silence, completely shut off from the world. The pain was intense, especially the severe headaches and tension in my neck. After six months, I was told, “This is just something you’ll have to live with.”
But something in me refused to accept that.
I began listening—really listening—to my body. I wanted to understand what it was trying to say. What I discovered changed everything: the pain wasn’t just physical. It was deeper. Emotional. Stored. Layered.
And the more I listened, the more it released.

Piece by piece, sensation by sensation, I began to heal—not through endless doctors or lifelong coaching, but by finally tuning in to the wisdom within my own body.
That experience became the foundation for my work. I created a method to help others do the same—to read their own bodies, listen to what’s underneath the pain, and begin releasing what’s been held for too long. This isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about becoming whole again.
Helping others find their way back to themselves—that’s my mission.
Because your body already knows how to heal. You just need someone to remind you how to listen.

My physical pain was connected to unprocessed emotions and stored trauma.
Every time I truly listened to my body—without fear, without judgment—I felt something shift. The pain didn’t disappear all at once. But layer by layer, it softened. It moved. It spoke. And I listened.
This experience didn’t just heal me.
It awakened me.
It made me realize how many people are walking around disconnected from their own bodies, living with unexplained pain, anxiety, shutdown, or a deep sense of “stuckness” they can’t explain. And how often they’re told to live with it, suppress it, or numb it.
That’s why I do this work.
Because I believe you don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
And most importantly—you already carry the wisdom to heal yourself.
You just need the tools and support to find it.
Now, I guide others—both healing seekers and professionals—back to their own bodies. I teach them how to understand what the body is saying, how to work with it gently and safely, and how to finally release what’s been held for too long.
This isn’t just my job. It’s my calling.
It’s my way of giving others what I needed most— someone to believe there’s another way.
