Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

If an unexpected emergency arises, please get in touch as soon as possible. I understand that life can be unpredictable and will always do my best to be fair.

If I ever need to reschedule a session, I will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Payment Information

Payment is required before your session or Body Reading can begin. Once payment has been received, your appointment will be confirmed, or your Body Reading will be added to my schedule. Payments can be made securely using the payment methods provided during booking. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to contact me before booking.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me.

When you contact Heal with Me or book a service, I may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about yourself.

This information is used only to:

  • respond to your enquiries

  • provide coaching services

  • complete your Body Reading

  • communicate with you regarding appointments

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

Any information you share during coaching sessions or through email will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting me.

I am a Somatic Trauma Release Coach. My services are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate medical assistance, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and nervous system education. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Body Readings

Body Readings are based on the information you choose to share. They are intended to encourage self-awareness and reflection and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice.
