I guide you through practices that help release stored trauma, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild a sense of safety within. You’ll learn to trust your inner signals, move through emotion, and start living from a place of calm, clarity, and self-connection.
I work with people who are carrying unresolved trauma, emotional wounds, and chronic stress and pains—often without realizing how deeply it’s affecting them. This can show up as:
- Ongoing chronic pain that doctors can’t fully explain
- Stress, Tension or discomfort that never seems to go away
- Feeling emotionally numb, anxious, or on edge
- A deep sense of being stuck, like no matter what you try, nothing shifts
- Difficulty feeling present, safe, or fully alive in your body
That’s because the body holds experiences we haven’t been able to process—until we learn how to release them.

I work with coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, energy practitioners, and space holders who want to deepen their understanding of the body as a gateway to healing. Whether you’ve experienced this in your own body or you sense it in your clients, you’re ready to go beyond mindset work—and learn to work with what’s unspoken, but deeply felt.
In our online sessions, I’ll teach you how to:
- Read the body’s language—not just posture or expression, but nervous system cues, tension patterns, subtle shutdowns, and trauma responses
- Use somatic tools to support safety, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation in your work
- Hold space for the body—learning when to pause, how to follow sensation, and how to help someone come back into their body gently and safely
- Stay regulated as a practitioner, so you can meet others without taking on their energy or becoming overwhelmed
You’ll also explore your own body as an instrument—learning how your personal awareness, embodiment, and nervous system state influence every interaction. When you learn to work with the body, your sessions go deeper. Your presence becomes more powerful. And your clients feel it.

My work is a blend of formal training, personal transformation, and years of deep listening—to the body, to energy, and to the parts of us that words can’t always reach.
Through my own recovery and the clients I’ve supported, I realized healing doesn’t follow a fixed path. It’s not linear, it’s not one-size-fits-all, and it certainly doesn’t come from force. It unfolds when we feel safe, seen, and supported. That insight led me to create my own approach:
The Healing Circle

A client-led, body-based method for releasing trauma and returning to wholeness.
The Healing Circle is my signature method—a gentle, layered process that brings together the most effective tools I’ve studied and embodied. It’s called a circle because healing isn’t something we push through—it’s something we come back to, again and again, with more trust, more awareness, and more compassion each time.
This method is designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, releasing stored tension, and creating lasting internal safety. And the most important part? You’re always in charge.
You set the pace. You choose how deep you go. I guide—you lead.
The Healing Circle combines:
- Somatic Awareness – Listening to your body’s signals and learning how to interpret physical and emotional cues
- TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) – Activating the body’s natural tremor mechanism to safely discharge stress and stored trauma
- Breathwork – Using intentional breath patterns to regulate the nervous system and connect with suppressed emotion
- Energy Healing – Shifting and softening emotional or energetic blockages in the body’s field
- Trauma-Informed Support – A gentle, non-triggering approach that honors your boundaries, experiences, and readiness
- Self-Inquiry & Reflection – Simple, powerful questions that help you understand what your body is communicating
All of this happens online, so you can do the work from the safety of your own space, in your own time. Your home becomes the container for healing—no need to perform, explain, or rush.
What makes The Healing Circle different?

There’s no need to skip steps or rush to “fix” yourself. We start at the root—gently, respectfully, and in a way your body can truly receive.

Safety First
Healing only happens when the body feels safe. I create a supportive space—free of pressure, judgment, or urgency— That’s why I offer all sessions online, so you can connect with your body in the comfort of your own space, at your own pace, and in your own timing. There’s no pressure, no rush, and no judgment. Just a calm, grounded environment where your nervous system can begin to relax, feel supported, and gently open to healing. You choose how far to go, and when. I simply walk beside you.
The Body Knows
Your body holds deep wisdom. It remembers what your mind may have forgotten. I help you reconnect with that wisdom so you can start to understand, release, and heal from within.
Compassion
There is no “right” way to heal. I meet you with presence, care, and deep respect for your story, your timing, and your process.
