Sometimes, understanding your past isn't enough.

You may know why you react the way you do, yet your body still responds with anxiety, tension, overwhelm, or numbness. This isn't because you're doing something wrong. It's because trauma isn't only stored in our memories—it also affects our nervous system and the way our body responds to the world around us.

Somatic Trauma Coaching focuses on building a connection with your body.

Rather than only talking about your experiences, we'll explore what is happening in your body in the present moment. Together, we'll become curious about the sensations, emotions, and patterns that arise, creating space to better understand your body's responses.

What to Expect

Every coaching session is tailored to you and your unique experience.

There is no set script or expectation for what should happen during a session. We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, meeting you where you are on that day. Your body will reveal what is ready to be acknowledged or released in that moment. Because of this, no two sessions will ever be exactly the same.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and centred around creating a space where you can become more aware of yourself and your body's responses. As your awareness grows, you may begin to recognise patterns, develop a deeper understanding of your nervous system, and strengthen your connection with yourself.

This is not about forcing change. It's about creating the conditions that allow change to happen naturally, in your own time.

Safety First

Healing only happens when the body feels safe. I create a supportive space—free of pressure, judgment, or urgency— That’s why I offer all sessions online, so you can connect with your body in the comfort of your own space, at your own pace, and in your own timing. There’s no pressure, no rush, and no judgment. Just a calm, grounded environment where your nervous system can begin to relax, feel supported, and gently open to healing. You choose how far to go, and when. I simply walk beside you.

The Body Knows

Your body holds deep wisdom. It remembers what your mind may have forgotten. I help you reconnect with that wisdom so you can start to understand, release, and heal from within.

Compassion

There is no “right” way to heal. I meet you with presence, care, and deep respect for your story, your timing, and your process.

This is your journey. I’m not here to fix or force. I’m here to walk beside you, offer tools, and gently guide you back to your own power. You are the healer—you just may need support remembering how.
