A experiential workshop where we safely activate the body’s natural tremor mechanism to release deep tension and stored trauma. Through guided TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), you’ll reconnect with sensation, allow your body to unwind, and restore nervous system balance—gently, and in your own rhythm. And this in a private online session.
